The short version

What is the Found First package?

Found First is SummitCited's done-for-you AI visibility package: we execute all seven visibility levers — Google Business Profile, reviews, directories, site structure, structured data, content, and monitoring — in priority order, then re-run your twelve baseline buyer questions every month and report exactly how many answers name you. It starts at $5,000 setup plus $250 per month for trade services, with no long-term contract.

The deliverables

What's included in Found First?

Seven deliverables, sequenced so the levers that move soonest get built first.

Baseline audit

The full $99 audit as the starting line: twelve buyer questions across four engines, screenshotted. Every later report is measured against this document.

AI-citable website rebuild

Question-shaped pages for each service and town you serve, direct answers written to be quoted, FAQ blocks, and full structured data. You own it outright.

Google Business Profile overhaul

Categories, services, hours, photos, and seeded Q&A — the single record AI engines trust most about your business, made complete and consistent.

Review engine

Automated, platform-policy-compliant review requests after every job, so volume and recency build from work you're already doing.

Directory & citation placement

Your name, address, and phone made identical across the directories and best-of lists engines actually quote — including cleanup of duplicates and stale listings.

Quarterly social campaigns

Posted and boosted each quarter, included in the monthly fee — activity signals engines and customers both read.

Monthly visibility monitor

The same twelve questions from your baseline, re-run across all four engines and screenshotted every month. Your report reads plainly: named in X of twelve answers, up or down from last month — alongside review counts and profile activity. This is the accountability mechanism, included, never sold as an extra.

Pricing

How much does Found First cost?

Pricing is by industry, because the citation and directory landscape differs by industry — a law practice competes on different sources than an HVAC company, and regulated fields carry claim and review rules that add real work. Every tier is month to month after setup, and audit or playbook purchases are credited in full.

Trade services
$5,000
setup, then $250/month

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn and pest, and similar home-service trades land at this tier.

Compliance-heavy industries
$10,000–$15,000
setup, then $750/month

Legal, financial, and other regulated fields — bar and licensing directories, practice-area pages, and claim review make this the deepest build we do. Where a build lands in the range is set by the audit.

Some industries
Declined
told to you on the call, not after

There are industries we turn down, because the honest version of this work cannot be done in them. We confirm fit on the free strategy call — before you pay for anything.

The accountability mechanism

How do you know it's working?

Most marketing retainers report activity: posts published, words written, hours spent. Found First reports outcomes against your own baseline. Every month, the same twelve buyer questions are re-run live across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI — screenshotted, scored, and compared to the month before.

The report reads in one line: named in X of twelve buyer answers, up from Y. If the movement isn't there, you'll see that too — in your own report, from our own instrument. That's also why there's no long-term contract: the report is how we earn the next month.

Movement takes months, not days — review velocity and profile changes commonly show effects in four to eight weeks; directories and site restructuring compound over a quarter. We say this before you sign, not after.

What do owners ask about Found First?

How much does the Found First package cost?

Found First is $5,000 setup plus $250 per month for trade services, and $10,000–$15,000 setup plus $750 per month for compliance-heavy industries, because the citation and directory work differs by industry. Some industries we decline outright, and fit is confirmed on the strategy call before anyone pays. There is no long-term contract, and any audit or playbook you already bought is credited in full toward the setup fee.

Are there industries SummitCited won't work with?

Yes. Some industries we decline outright — the ones where the honest version of this work cannot be done, or where the claims a business needs to make cannot be substantiated. Fit is confirmed on the free strategy call, before anyone pays for anything. If we are not the right fit, we say so on that call rather than after the invoice.

Is there a long-term contract for Found First?

No. Found First is month to month after setup. The monthly monitor report is how we earn the next month — if the movement isn't there, you can see it in your own report and leave with everything we built, which stays yours.

How do I know the Found First work is actually working?

Every month, the same twelve buyer questions from your baseline audit are re-run across all four engines and screenshotted. Your report reads plainly: named in X of twelve answers, up or down from last month, alongside review counts and profile activity. Movement is measured against your own baseline, never asserted.

What happens to my existing website under Found First?

The setup includes an AI-citable rebuild: question-shaped pages for each service and town you serve, direct answers engines can quote, an FAQ, and full structured data. If your current site has pages worth keeping, they are restructured rather than discarded; either way you own the result outright.

Does Found First include advertising?

Not in the base package, on purpose. Paid lead campaigns are an add-on at $400 per month plus ad budget, and we only propose them after your own boosted-post numbers show the market responds at a sensible cost per contact. Ads bought before the visibility foundation exists mostly buy expensive proof that the foundation was missing.

Who actually does the Found First work?

SummitCited does, directly — the audits, the site build, the profile overhaul, the directory submissions, and the monthly monitoring. Nothing is resold to a white-label vendor, which is why we take a limited number of clients at a time.
