SMS Terms & Conditions

Texts about your own enquiry — and nothing else.

SummitCited only texts people who ticked the box asking us to. No marketing blasts, no lists, no third parties. Reply STOP at any time and it ends immediately.

The program

What text messages does SummitCited send?

The program is SummitCited Customer Care, and every message relates to something you asked us about. That means replies to your enquiry, notice that your AI visibility audit is ready, and scheduling or confirmation for a strategy call.

You are enrolled only by ticking the unticked consent box on our contact form, next to the phone number you enter. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can buy an audit, a playbook, or any package without ever agreeing to texts, and we will simply use email instead.

Eligibility and delivery

Who can join, and is delivery guaranteed?

You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number you enter, or have that person's permission. The program is available on major US carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed on any network. Email is always our fallback, so nothing important reaches you only by text.

Where the rest lives

How do these terms relate to the privacy policy?

These terms cover the messaging program specifically. What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy, including the commitment that no mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them. The messaging program is operated by Summitcited LLC, 7533 S Center View Ct # 4796, West Jordan, UT 84084. Questions go to admin@summitcited.com.

Common questions

What do people ask about this policy?

How do I stop receiving text messages from SummitCited?

Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. You can also email admin@summitcited.com and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of texts does not affect your audit, your package, or anything else you have bought.

How often will SummitCited text me?

Message frequency varies, because messages are tied to your own enquiry rather than a schedule. In practice it is a handful of messages around an audit or a call — a reply to your question, a note that your report is ready, or a scheduling confirmation. There is no recurring broadcast and no marketing blast.

Does it cost anything to receive the messages?

SummitCited does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what your plan includes.

What if a message never arrives?

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed on any network. If you were expecting something from us and it did not arrive, email admin@summitcited.com and we will send it again by email, which is always the fallback.
