No tracking pixels, no ad cookies, no analytics scripts, no data brokers. This page says plainly what we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it.

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, business name, email, and trade, plus optional phone number, service area, and message. If you tick the text-message consent box, we additionally record the date, time, and IP address of that consent and the exact wording you agreed to — carriers require that record before they will let anyone send you a text.
There is no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel, no session recorder, and no analytics script on this site. We do not buy contact data, and we do not append or enrich your record from outside sources.
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose.
Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf — website hosting and email delivery — and only to the extent needed to perform those services. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.
To reply to you, to run the audit or prepare the call you asked for, and — only if you ticked the box — to text you about that same work. That is the whole list.
We do not send newsletters, we do not run drip campaigns, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to join.
Two ways, both immediate. Reply STOP to any text message and messaging stops at once — you will get a single confirmation and nothing after that. Email admin@summitcited.com to have your whole record deleted; we do it within thirty days and confirm when it is done.
You can also ask what we hold about you, and we will send it. You do not have to give a reason for any of these requests, and asking does not affect anything you have bought.
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we are working together and for two years afterwards, then deleted. Consent records are kept for as long as carrier rules require us to be able to prove consent, and are deleted when you opt out. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it and the previous version is available on request.
